uniqDine is operated by CampusDine Private Limited, registered at 124, J-Block, Ashok Vihar Phase-3 Extension, Gurgaon, Haryana, India, 122001. We are a food discovery and delivery platform that connects you with restaurants, canteens, messes, and cloud kitchens.

Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide our services:

• Account & Identity: Name, mobile number, email, profile photo (optional), date of birth (optional)
• Addresses: Delivery and saved locations
• Order & Support Data: Cart, orders, refunds, chats/calls with support
• Payment Data: Masked card/bank/UPI identifiers via PCI-compliant providers (we don't store full card details)
• Device & Usage: App version, device IDs, IP, logs, crash reports, cookies/SDKs, approximate location
• Feedback & Reviews: Ratings, reviews, photos you upload

How We Use Your Information

We use your information for:

• Service Delivery: Create accounts, place orders, process payments, track deliveries, customer support
• Platform Improvement: Troubleshooting, analytics, A/B tests, fraud prevention
• Personalization: Recommendations, recently ordered items, in-app sorting
• Marketing: Offers and updates (only if you opt in; you can opt out anytime)
• Legal Compliance: Tax, accounting, and law-enforcement requests

Information Sharing

We share only what's necessary with:

• Restaurants/Stores & Delivery Partners to prepare and deliver orders
• Payment & SMS/email providers to process payments and send notifications
• Cloud/IT, analytics, customer-support & security vendors under contracts
• Authorities where required by law or to protect rights and safety

We do not sell your personal data.

Your Rights & Choices

You have the right to:

• Access/Correct/Delete: Request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data
• Data Portability: Download key account/order data in machine-readable format
• Marketing Control: Opt out of marketing communications anytime
• Cookie Controls: Manage preferences in Settings → Privacy → Cookies/Tracking
• Permission Management: Revoke contacts/location/notifications at OS level

Data Security & Retention

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. We retain data as long as your account is active or needed for services, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Then we delete or irreversibly anonymize it.

Children's Privacy

uniqDine is not intended for children under 18. If we learn a minor has provided personal data without guardian consent, we will delete it.
